In five phases: Discovery (surveying today's platform, flows, integrations and volumes), Design (target architecture, routing concept, integration design), Build (instance setup, contact flows, Lambda connectivity), Go-live (pilot, number porting, staged rollout) and Operations (hypercare, optimisation, optionally ongoing development). For migrations the rollout runs deliberately site by site or queue by queue rather than as a big bang.

The majority of the work – configuration, contact flow design, integrations, reviews – is done remotely. For discovery workshops, go-live support and handovers we are also available on site across DACH and the EU. Travel costs are billed transparently based on actual expense.

It depends on how the work is cut. Clearly bounded services with a defined deliverable – workshops, assessments and reviews – are offered as a fixed fee. Work with open scope, such as integrations or fault analysis, is billed hourly. For ongoing development there are retainer models. Large implementations are shown with "from" prices because effort depends heavily on scope; the binding fixed-price quote follows the discovery phase. All amounts stated are net and subject to statutory VAT, and are directed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code).

Yes. System integrators and AWS partners who have Amazon Connect demand but do not want to build in-house Connect depth bring us in as specialists – per project or as an extended workbench. White-label collaboration is possible. Use the "Subcontracting" enquiry type in the form.
