Four entry points with a clearly defined scope – from workshop to a live contact centre
from €1,900
A 1–2 day workshop. Is Amazon Connect Customer the right fit – and if so, what does the path look like?
Outcome: A clear technical basis for your decision and the next steps.
Credited in full against a delivery project commissioned within 3 months.
When replacing an existing platform, the migration assessment (from €3,500) is the next step. The Discovery is credited against it.
from €8,500
A production-ready contact centre for smaller teams with a clearly defined need.
Suitable for: companies replacing a traditional PBX with a modern cloud contact centre.
from €24,000
A more comprehensive solution with advanced contact flows and connectivity to existing systems.
Suitable for: companies with more complex customer service processes.
CRM and system integration is not part of this package – it is quoted as a separate building block (see below).
From 100 agents and for multi-stage rollouts: individual calculation, see mid-market in the catalogue (available from 2028). Replacing an existing platform is handled separately via the catalogue item Migration legacy → Amazon Connect Customer – also below 100 agents.
from €140/hr
When standard solutions are not enough.
For migration, CRM connectivity, AI building blocks and contact flow design, the fixed prices in the service catalogue apply.
One day equals 8 hours. From three consecutive days onwards the day rate from €1,050 applies – around 6% below hourly billing.
More complex projects are quoted after a joint requirements analysis, either as a fixed price or by effort.
Screen pop, customer data lookup, ticket creation, writing call data back – delivered as an AWS Lambda integration. Price depends on the target system and depth of integration.
from €4,500
5–15 days depending on the target system
Deliberately not listed as a line item inside a package fixed price: the effort depends entirely on the target system and its interfaces. It is quoted bindingly after the requirements analysis.
The packages cover the entry path. For existing instances, platform migrations and larger rollouts the following indicative ranges apply.
The technical survey carried out before replacing an existing platform
| Service | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Migration assessment | Technical survey of the platform to be replaced: SIP trunks and number ranges, inventory of existing integrations, analysis of real call volume data, routing logic of the legacy system, risk register and cutover options. The basis for a binding effort estimate for a migration project. | €3,500–6,000 |
Beyond the packages: large-scale rollouts and replacing an existing contact centre platform
| Service | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Mid-market implementation (100–500 agents) from 2028 | A multi-stage project over 3–6 months including integrations, test phases and a staged rollout. This item is available from 2028. | from €60,000 – scope-dependent |
| Migration legacy → Amazon Connect Customer | Replacing existing PBX/contact centre platforms: number porting, SIP connectivity, parallel operation, cutover planning. Independent of agent count – also bookable below 100 agents. | from €25,000 – scope-dependent |
Mid-market implementation (100–500 agents) is available from 2028; migration legacy → Amazon Connect Customer is separate from this and bookable regardless of agent count. For mid-market and migration projects the price depends heavily on agent count, integration depth and the telephony starting point. The migration assessment produces reliable figures.
Routing logic and connectivity into your system landscape – even without a native connector
| Service | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Contact flow / IVR design | Design, build and test of a flow: menu structure, opening hours, priorities, overflow and error paths | €1,500–4,000 per flow |
This price applies to adding individual flows to an existing instance at a later stage. As part of an initial delivery, flows are included in the respective package.
CRM & system integration is quoted as a separate building block from €4,500 – see the packages above.
Self-service and agent assist using the native AI services of Amazon Connect Customer
| Service | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Contact Lens | Conversation analytics, sentiment, keyword detection and automated quality assurance | €6,000–15,000 |
| Amazon Lex (voice & chatbot) | Automated pre-qualification and self-service journeys for recurring enquiries | €8,000–20,000 |
| Agentic CX Designer (conversational applications) New | Deterministic conversation design and generative AI on a single no-code canvas: workflow logic, knowledge bases, API integration and guardrails in one tool – instead of spread across contact flow, bot and custom code | after analysis |
| AI Agents & Agent Assist | Real-time AI assistance: suggested responses and knowledge articles directly in the agent workspace, with specialised AI agents where required | €10,000–25,000 |
The range applies per building block. If several AI services are introduced together we price them as a package – usually below the sum of the individual items.
Agentic CX Designer has been generally available since 2 September 2026, including in the Europe (Frankfurt) Region – so it can be used without detour for projects that require a German data location. We deliberately do not quote a price range for this building block yet: the effort depends on how many conversation paths have to stay deterministic and which guardrails are required. It is calculated bindingly after the requirements analysis. Existing Amazon Lex journeys remain supported – which of the two routes fits is clarified during the assessment.
Review, harden and get costs under control – including existing Connect instances
| Service | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Architecture & security review | 2–3 days: assessment against AWS best practices, IAM and permission model, encryption, recordings, GDPR considerations – with a prioritised action list | €2,500–4,500 |
| Cost optimisation / FinOps audit | Analysis of usage-based billing: telephony costs, recording and storage strategy, licence models, design of cost alerting against spikes | €2,500–5,000 |
The audit is billed as a fixed fee. Implementing the recommended measures is not included and is quoted separately, either as a fixed fee or by effort – there is no share in the savings achieved.
After go-live: root-cause analysis of incidents and technical development
| Service | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Fault analysis of the Connect configuration | Systematic root-cause analysis and resolution of faults in flow logic, routing, integrations and telephony connectivity – during business hours | €130–170/hr |
| Fault analysis outside business hours | The same work for faults affecting live operations – evenings, weekends and public holidays, subject to availability | €180–250/hr |
| Ongoing development (retainer) | Ongoing development of the routing architecture within an agreed monthly scope: analysis and optimisation of flow logic, configuration changes, review of operational metrics and the technical measures derived from them | €1,500–5,000/month |
| Handover & briefing | Knowledge handover to administrators and agents – part of the Starter and Business implementation packages, not bookable separately | included in the package |
| Technical consulting at a day rate | Non-packaged engineering work: technical design, evaluation of solution alternatives, review of existing configurations | €1,050–1,400/day |
Which model makes sense when – and why we handle it this way
Reviews, the Starter and Business packages. You get planning certainty, we carry the estimation risk. That requires a clean scope definition – changes go through a change request.
Fault analysis and ongoing integration work cannot honestly be quoted as a fixed price. You pay for actual effort and we document it transparently.
A fixed monthly fee for an agreed development allowance. This makes sense once Connect is live and the routing logic keeps evolving – predictable for both sides.
What our prices include – and what is billed directly by AWS
We do not resell Amazon Connect Customer costs as a flat mark-up. They are incurred directly with AWS according to actual usage.
Amazon Connect Customer is usage-based and has no traditional seat licensing. The actual cost depends on factors such as communication channel and usage.
Our prices cover consulting, design, set-up and development. AWS consumption costs are not included.
